∎ Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record. BSc. in Textile Engineering will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate as Executive Director (Operations) at its Gazipur , Factory Office. The factory consists of Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing (120 Lines), Printing and Embroidery departments/sections and exporting 3.5- 4.0 million pieces of garments in each month.
∎ Job Location for the position is factory office, at Sreepur ( Near Mawna), Gazipur .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operational activities of the factory. He will lead and coordinate the activities related to production (knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery, garments cutting-sewing-packing-shipment etc.), Planning, Supply Chain, Work Study, Utility, Admin & logistics etc. related issues of the company.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise to manage the overall operational activities of a renowned large knit composite factory through guiding a team of senior management professional are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field in any large knit composite factory (s), out of which 2 years in similar level position.
∎ should have thorough knowledge to coordinate each & every production process and capable to manage all factory operations effectively
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated & have effective communication, coordination and motivational skills
∎ Able to work independently & should be result oriented.
