∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering is much preferable.

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finishing, Knit Garments Ind, Production, SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and direct movements towards Fabric Department to meet daily production target in Finishing Section.
∎ Verify table layout of individuals style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers (Finishing Section).
∎ Make sure the production capacity, quality & timing buyer wise.
∎ Fully responsible from Fabric to shipment.
∎ Ensure Finishing production through in charge, supervisors & others.
∎ Set the table layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
∎ Communicate and follow with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Store, Cutting, Maintenance, Sewing, Finishing and Packing.
∎ Initiative with machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them.
∎ Well conversant of understanding technical file, PP comments & Implementation in working place.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.
∎ Establish effective communication with Sewing and Cutting Manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment and mainly follow up Fabric to shipment PO wise fabric, cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Shipment.
∎ Ensure & organize training to the workers and helpers for increasing productivity, maintaining quality standard, maintaining discipline and reducing absenteeism & migration.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have experience in Knit garments.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
