∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro-active, self- motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented, excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Should have good knowledge regarding EPZ Labor Act-2019, Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006 as well as RSC & Nirapon.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer's Code of Conduct & Legal Standard.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Environmental issues.
∎ To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against Audit reports.
∎ To assist & report to seniors accordingly.
∎ Should be a good team player & have can do attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance will given preference.
