Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pro-active, self- motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented excellent communication skill both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Should have good knowledge regarding EPZ Labor Act 2019, EPZ Labor Rules 2022 as well as RSC & Nirapon.
∎ Can handle the 90-Day Safety Management and Guidance report of Nirapon.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer’s Code of Conduct, Social and Technical Audit.
∎ To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against Audit reports.
∎ To assist & report to seniors accordingly.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office.
∎ Should be a good team player & Able to work under stress.
