Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership and Team Development: Lead and cultivate an effective team comprising Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), in-house QA, and technical staff. Empower your team to address all quality-related issues within the group.
∎ Quality Management Systems: Support departmental goals to enhance and refine existing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and techniques to align with buyers' quality standards. Ensure production outputs conform to company specifications by leveraging an improved QMS;
∎ Raw Material Compliance: Audit raw materials supplied by vendors to guarantee compliance with quality standards before integration into the production process;
∎ Production Planning: Review production plans for new products, ensuring quality considerations are embedded from the outset.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Monitor quality development areas and gather feedback for corrective and preventive actions. Communicate urgent quality issues to relevant departments and stakeholders, maintaining proper hierarchical communication channels.
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues;
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage;
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
∎ Maintaining product safety requirement during bulk production as per international law & requirement.
∎ Conduct PP meeting .1st bulk, inline, pre-final, CNI & FRI at the required stage.
∎ Check size set and provide bulk cutting approval with technical guideline when required.
∎ Provide technical support to execute bulk production as per customer & RDL requirement.
∎ Provide weekly & monthly summery with required ordered status to department head.
∎ Maintain basic compliance status at allocated factory.
∎ Ensure goods will be passed through FRI.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years' Experience in woven garments in similar position in any reputed garments factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers
∎ Self - motivated and responsible
∎ Leadership quality in building a professional team.
