Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree form any reputed university.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory.
∎ To ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
∎ To ensure floor housekeeping by visiting at least thrice in a week.
∎ To follow up insurance process on regular basis.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ To Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental related issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to face different types of Social Compliance Audit of different buyer's.
∎ Must be well informed about update requirement of Social Compliance, COC of different buyers. Labor Law, Environmental Law etc.
∎ To conduct awareness & orientation training programs for workers.
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge about updated environmental Laws & Regulations and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must
∎ Should be strong and self-motivated
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation
∎ Should have strong analytical skills
