Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly experience about Textile Cash incentive, BTMA, BKMEA Certificate.
∎ To prepare online UD for cash incentive and meet observation of Bank audit firms independently.
∎ To Maintain Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, another certificate).
∎ Regularly check H.S Code for Import raw materials, customs act, import policy etc.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
∎ Preparing of all export documents as per buyer's requirement and follow up of export independently for buyers.
∎ Ensure prepare documents i.e. Invoice (manually & e-invoice), Packing List, EXP, COO, GSP, SAFTA, APTA, B/L, FCR etc.
∎ Able to Export through L/C, Sales contract & place booking manually and online with forwarders.
∎ Follow up with shipping agent for the shipment schedule, approvals & making shipping documents as per LC or S/C requirement.
