Responsibilities & Context:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote and develop third party Social Audit (Quality, Health, Environment & compliance) business under Business Assurance Department to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Implement & create sales plans to grow SGS Social Audit service’s revenue.

  • Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business.

  • Liaise with Key Accounts Executives, as well as Management Staff to ensure Systems are fully deployed and utilized

  • Analyzing customer satisfaction level with appropriate tools.

  • Advice and support the preparation of local quotations, service agreements and local tenders.

  • Handling customer complaints effectively for better customer service.

  • Ensure communication and coordination with other teams (e.g. KAE, auditors and management) to facilitate the successful handover and execution of services.

  • Make daily field visits to customers & using face to face contact to provide a personal service to retain existing business, increase volume and pursue new customers.

  • Ensure timely preparation/follow up of quotes and submission of all information as requested by clients.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction by doing regular survey etc.

  • Cooperate fully with any investigations in relation to Quality issues or Integrity where required
