Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/MBA/Masters from any Public College /University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that workers are using/showing ID cards inside the factory during the entire operation time.
∎ Check the manpower attendance physically and match with daily software-based attendance reports. Inform to central HR if there is any discrepancy and update the system accordingly.
∎ Ensure newly recruited workers attend and describe them on how to confirm daily attendance.
∎ Filled, Ensure and maintain all the documentation of the worker recruitment process during hiring.
∎ Ensure workers all kinds of leave and maintain all the related documents accordingly.
∎ Collect lunch-out workers list daily basis, preserve it, and end of the month handover to central HR for further steps.
∎ Ensure proper and safe housekeeping on the production floor, inform to housekeeping supervisor to ensure it, if any discrepancy observe.
∎ Ensure proper health & safety on the production floor for all employees.
∎ Ensure that all the toilets are usable condition with all necessary items and there is no bad smell.
∎ Ensure that all the electrical safety equipment is running smoothly, inform to the concerned person if any discrepancy observe.
∎ Ensure daily compliance activities on the production floor and follow this accordingly.
∎ Respect to the Company's Policy, Rules & Regulation and follow them accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, e-Mail Communications, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
