We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. The candidate must also be able to work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and realistic project pricing.

• Prepare detailed estimates and BOQ (Civil) according to LGED and PWD rates.

• Prepare requisition of necessary construction materials at least 07 days before according to the specifications mentioned in the BOQ and the actual cost of construction on site.

• Prepare BOQ and estimates for checking by the manager before submitting the tender.

• Purchase, fill out, and submit the tender documents.

• Analyze the rates of construction work and prepare the actual construction costs.

• Check the estimates by the manager before submitting to the client for approval and prepare variations for non-tender items.

• Create measurement books (MB) and bills according to the actual work done.

• Prepare bills and get them checked by the manager before submission to the client and collect the bill amounts for the designated project.

• Supervise the site according to drawings and instructions from management authorities.

• Manage office work to maintain site operations.

• Forwarding the labor contractor rate, daily labor rate, and item-based rates for approval.

• Preparing a comparative statement of labor rates (CS) for submission to the authorities.

• Requisitioning project materials and obtaining approval to start work.

• Preparing and reporting the daily work schedule on site.

• Managing site activities including human resource management on site.

• Monitoring the progress of work and quality of work for subcontractors/daily workers to ensure timely and proper implementation of the project.

• Properly monitoring the delivery and unloading of materials on the project site.

• Checking the labor contractor`s bill.

• Maintaining statistics and quantities of project materials using a register.

• Performing any tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.

• Any other job as assigned by the management.
