∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Injection Molding Machine

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production planning according to the decision of the management for production.
∎ Monitor production process and machine parameters.
∎ Ensure production quality as per the standard.
∎ Daily requisite production of raw materials for production.
∎ Fast in Fast out (FIFO) maintain for raw materials.
∎ Machine Operation control and ensure the reason of breakdown.
∎ Supervise workers activity, machine activity and taken action accordingly.
∎ Ensure process inventory.
∎ Ensure product cycle time optimistic.
∎ Make production report (Finished good and rejection) daily, monthly and yearly.
∎ Any others task assign by the Product Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling.
∎ Analytical thinking skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
∎ Must be organized and punctual.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Well-presented and professional.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
