• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science

• Age At least 26 years

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth understanding of production processes and equipment in the Polymer industry.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitasking.

This job role is responsible for managing, overseeing, and optimizing the assembly production processes & new product development.

• Develop and implement assembly production schedules aligned with production requirements to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.

• Monitor and analyze the assembly production process and manpower parameters to maintain optimal performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.

• Daily, Monthly, Yearly report will be sending to factory head.

• Make all kinds of work the development of new products.

• Help support and coordinate production material supply chain, manage the requisition of accessories essential for assembly production, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet production targets.

• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.

• Implement a "fast in, fast out" approach for accessories, ensuring proper inventory turnover to minimize waste, spur asset optimization and maintain product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimization of product cycle time, identifying and implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency.

• Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimize downtime.

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

• Ensure all products meet quality specifications by conducting routine checks and collaborating with the quality control team.

• Play an effective role in guiding and motivating production line employees for an uninterrupted assembly production process.

• Maintain and update production records and reports for review by upper management.

• Coordinate with different departments (Store, Distribution, Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality).

• Ensure training 5S, Six Sigma for manpower development purposes.
