Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3–4 years of experience in EMS, FEM, ZDHC, Bhive, Cleanchain, ESG, or sustainability in the RMG.
∎ Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and ISO 14001 standards.
∎ Experience in conducting factory visits and engaging with operational teams.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in line with ISO 14001 standards.
∎ Regularly visit factories to monitor compliance with environmental, social, and governance policies.
∎ Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, and inspections at factory sites.
∎ Monitor and report on sustainability performance using Higg FEM and ZDHC platforms.
∎ Manage and update data in Bhive, Cleanchain, and other relevant sustainability tracking systems.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of EMS and ESG standards among factory employees.
∎ Collaborate with factory management to implement sustainability initiatives and ensure adherence to ESG commitments.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports on EMS and ESG activities.
∎ Stay updated on ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, UNSDGs) and local and international compliance requirements.
∎ Coordinate with relevant teams to address non-compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
