Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-Ordinator of E-commerce who can head and develop our digital sales. We are looking for someone with vision, ambition, and a lot of passion. His role will mainly to develop online strategy, drive sales, and look after POS accounting software and promote as a leading online brand.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategist all digital channel management.
∎ Creating huge growth in customers, sales and satisfaction.
∎ Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email. Social media inventory/pre-orders or display advertising campaigns and have ability to take responsibility of overall business health of key products and services.
∎ Working with product management, be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance with digital brand marketing on the E-Commerce platform.
∎ Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets.
∎ Partner with the merchant and planning teams to define and optimize the web daily marketing calendar.
∎ Setting up and optimizing media campaign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Ecommerce
∎ Must have minimum 5+ years' experience on e-commerce business, including digital knowledge in
∎ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
∎ Execute activities driven by data analytics
∎ Identify strategic business partnerships
∎ Implement customer retention and loyalty programs
∎ Implement e-commerce activities
∎ Implement new business collaboration initiatives
∎ Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan
∎ Manage a diverse service environment
∎ Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
∎ Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
∎ Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs and activities over digital platforms
∎ Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures
∎ Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
∎ Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap
∎ Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
Salary: Negotiable
