Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing organization as per organogram.
∎ Sourcing & Developing necessary software Like ERP
∎ Creating huge growth in customers, sales and satisfaction.
∎ Ability to take responsibility of overall business health of key products and services.
∎ Working with product management, be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance with digital brand marketing on the E-Commerce platform.
∎ Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets.
∎ Partner with the merchant and planning teams to define and optimize the web daily marketing calendar.
∎ Ensure that Marketing Team is managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email. Social media inventory/pre-orders or display advertising campaigns.
∎ Setting up and optimizing media campaign.
∎ Control & Manage different department activities such as Operation, R&D, Marketing,
∎ Admin, HR, Accounts, Logistics etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on set up a new e-commerce business.
∎ Experience on collaborate with National / International E-Commerce Platform.
∎ Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programs and activities over digital platforms.
∎ Experience IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures (SOP).
∎ Provide specialized knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap.
∎ Analyze sales data & Return on Investment (ROI) calculations.
