Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in a shift to accomplish the recipe prescreening.
∎ Optimize all the recipes to meeting ABD color quality target.
∎ Analyze failed batches, liaise with lab and take corrective action immediately.
∎ Root cause analysis for the improvement of the high DE recipes and take action.
∎ Liaise with Lab to improve RFT and color quality and also carry out effective action plan to improve relevant KPI's such as RFT, color quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, SAP and Datacolor
∎ Good communication skill.
