∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to independently operate higher speed paper Machine.
∎ Able to adjust, Control, Trouble shooting of paper machine.
∎ Able to Guide the dryer screen and able to carry the paper tail from press part to pope reel.
∎ Proper monitoring of machine behavior and need to take preventive and corrective actions.
∎ Continuously monitoring paper gsm and moisture check by watching QCS monitor reading.
∎ Periodic cleaning of Paper machine.
∎ Inspection and identifying the abnormalities and resolving issues.
∎ Increasing machine uptime and reducing paper break.
∎ Leading and guiding machine crew in absence of machine tender.
∎ Maintaining mother reel log report.
