Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversees all aspects of production, from initial planning to finished goods delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of orders while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
∎ To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production people about updated production plan.
∎ Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Adjusting schedules to meet timelines.
∎ Interacting with clients and customer service personnel.
∎ Monitoring and oversee the plan and work schedule of supply chain management team.
∎ Monitor the store management team for ensuring the required stock level.
∎ Managing quality assurance policies, guidelines and processes.
