Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate from any recognized university (MBA, major in HRM/ Management or Master's in Public Administration).
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates with a foreign degree in any level of graduation or post-graduation.
∎ Women candidates with required qualification and experience will be given preference.
∎ 3rd class/division in any level is not accepted.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main job responsibilities of the Director (HR) would be developing HR policies, procedures & implementing and supervising the HR concern staffs.
∎ Other vested tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Age Maximum 45 yrs. (as per birth date of NID card)
∎ At least 10 years of experience in any reputed Microfinance organization in the related field with at least 05 years' service in Joint Director/equivalent post.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker, smart and well-conversant with professionalism.

Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Tk. 1,50,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Higher salary can be offered to the more qualified and experienced candidate.
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year with consolidated salary. After successful completion of the probation period, the officers will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. Moreover, the benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the candidate after being permanent on successful completion of the probation period.
