∎ Excellent leadership skills to lead the HR & Admin team.
∎ Excellent communication skills (in both Bangla & English).
∎ Good Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
∎ Well conversant with Microsoft office Suite.
∎ Superior interpersonal skills.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to Decision making under pressure.

∎ Intraco Refueling Station PLC, one of the fast-growing players in the energy market is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional in the role of Director (HR and Admin) to support the business expansion and join our Human Resources team, who will have to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies. The ideal candidate must have solid leadership skills and a track record of successfully implementing HR strategies.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and administrate full spectrum of Core HR & Admin functions which includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee development, Compensation & Benefits aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and administer human resources programs, including disciplinary issues, maintain grievances, leave, attendance, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety.
∎ Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologies in human resource management, labor law 2006, talent management and acquisition and apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies, practices, and resources to senior management.
∎ Ability to Lead a Team of HR & Admin Professionals, be an inspirational leader to support all relevant Core HR and Admin Functions.
∎ Prepare Annual HR and Admin Budget and ensure proper cost management.
∎ Ensure appropriate reward and recognition as well as engagement program to ensure optimum employee engagement level;
∎ Ensure development and implementation of an annual agenda for HR strategy aligned with the business plan as well as ensuring HRM plans.
∎ Implement policies, rules & regulations, norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers and employees.
∎ Guide the training team on conducting proper TNA & rolling out of required number of training with external and/or internal resource persons in the most effective manner.
∎ Assist / participate in designing / formulation of Policy / upgrade (SOP) according to Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and yearly Amendment of Human Resources Management.
∎ Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization.
