Experience:
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum reach and conversions.
Develop content calendars aligned with wellness programs, promotions, and seasonal offers.
2. Social Media Management
Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Increase brand awareness and engagement through creative posts, stories, and reels.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
3. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
Design attractive and brand-aligned graphics for social media, website, and marketing materials.
Create visuals for wellness packages, supplements, events, and awareness campaigns.
Develop promotional posters, flyers, digital banners, and ad creatives.
4. Website & SEO Management
Update and maintain the wellness center’s website with current services, blogs, and offers.
Implement SEO strategies to improve Google ranking and visibility.
Collaborate with web developers or agencies for website enhancements.
5. Email & Content Marketing
Develop and send newsletters to patients and clients with wellness tips and updates.
Write or edit blog posts, success stories, and campaign copy.
Manage contact lists and track open/click rates for improvement.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Prepare monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Recommend data-driven improvements.
7. Collaboration & Branding
Work with doctors, management, and wellness consultants to ensure brand consistency.
Support event promotions, webinars, and wellness awareness campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.
Basic understanding of video editing (preferred).
Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
