Nutritionist Responsibilities – Wellness Center

Client Nutrition Assessment

• • Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ health conditions, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Review medical history, lab reports, and doctor recommendations.

Personalized Nutrition Plans

• • Create customized diet and meal plans based on each client’s needs.
  • Adjust plans according to progress and feedback.

Health & Wellness Counseling

• • Provide guidance on healthy eating habits, weight management, detox programs, and disease prevention.
  • Educate clients on balanced nutrition, portion control, and lifestyle improvement.

Collaboration with Doctors & Therapists

• • Work closely with physicians, naturopaths, and wellness practitioners to ensure integrated treatment.
  • Support treatment plans for conditions like diabetes, obesity, thyroid issues, and gut problems.

Follow-Up & Progress Tracking

• • Monitor client results and update their nutrition plans regularly.
  • Maintain detailed records of each session.

Supplement Guidance

• • Recommend appropriate vitamins, minerals, and supplements based on clients’ needs and clinic protocols.
  • Ensure safe usage and educate clients on benefits.

Workshops & Wellness Programs

• • Conduct group sessions, seminars, and wellness workshops on nutrition and healthy living.
  • Prepare educational materials when needed.

Kitchen/Meal Program Oversight (If applicable)

• • Guide kitchen staff or food service team on healthy meal preparation.
  • Ensure food served in the wellness center meets nutrition standards.

Client Support & Motivation

• • Provide continuous encouragement to clients to help them stay on track.
  • Respond to client questions and offer ongoing support.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain client files, assessment forms, and daily logs.
• Report progress to the management or supervising doctor.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with new nutrition research, wellness trends, and clinical guidelines.
• Attend training provided by the wellness center.
