Call Center Executive – Responsibilities

1. Answer incoming calls from clients and provide accurate information about wellness services, doctors, and appointments.

2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and remind them about upcoming visits or wellness programs.

3. Maintain client records and update information in the system accurately.

4. Handle client inquiries politely and professionally, resolving issues or forwarding them to the right department.

5. Promote wellness programs and explain available treatments or packages to potential clients.

6. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with front desk and medical staff.

7. Record feedback or complaints from clients and report them to management.

8. Meet daily or weekly call targets as set by the supervisor or manager.

9. Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information at all times.

10. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
