Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities – IT & Tech Communication
Maintain and support all computer systems, internet, Wi-Fi, printers, and clinic software
Manage clinic email, domain, official WhatsApp, SMS systems, and internal communication tools
Ensure smooth operation of appointment systems, EMR/EHR, billing, and POS software
Handle data security, backups, password control, and patient information confidentiality (HIPAA-aware)
Provide technical support to doctors, reception, call center, and management staff
Coordinate telemedicine tools, video calls, and online consultations
Manage website updates, online forms, and basic technical support for digital marketing tools
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and liaise with external IT vendors when needed
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper usage
Prepare basic IT reports and suggest technology improvements for clinic efficiency
