Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 28 years
  • Prior experience in Telesales, Call Center, Customer Service, or Direct Sales preferred

  • Experience in Agriculture, Agri Inputs, or Seeds sector will be prioritized

  • Experience handling customer communication via Facebook and WhatsApp

  • Basic understanding of crops, seeds, or farming practices is an advantage

Job Context

We are looking for target driven Customer Relationship Officer to handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp with farmers, retailers, and distributors. You will promote our seed range, convert leads into orders, and represent Malik Seeds with professionalism and product knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell Malik Seeds products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp promptly and professionally

  • Convert leads into confirmed orders using effective sales and negotiation techniques

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales follow-ups professionally

  • Maintain customer interaction records and order updates in the CRM system

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports in Microsoft Excel

  • Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
