∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Candidates should have B Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering / Textile Engineering.
∎ Candidates should have minimum 12 yrs. experience in Industrial engineering department of any reputed knit composite Garments factory out of which minimum 3 years in the asked position.
∎ Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take the challenge to transform the factory production efficiency level as that of world class standard should apply.
∎ The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge on Industrial Engineering Arena and have the capacity to make effective productivity development, process development and train/educate related employees to get desired output.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A large & reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Deputy General Manager / General Manager (Industrial Engineering).
∎ The factory consists of 2500 machines @ 120 sewing lines and producing 35 lac pieces (approx.) garments in each month.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ The selected candidate will Lead & Guide the Industrial Engineering team and responsible for managing the overall activities of industrial engineering department.
∎ He will ensure achieving optimum productivity through maintaining standard production efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate should have proven Technical & Leadership skills to maximize productivity through modern IE based production.
