Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Tech/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering from any regional or International Institute.
∎ MBA/ PGDSM with major in Marketing will be a preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day production planning in coordination with PPC dept.
∎ Trouble Shooting
∎ New product development and keep technical concept for bulk production.
∎ Have to face different types of Audit
∎ To build and organize operational team, oversee quality assurance, compliance and related activities.
∎ Ensure total quality management through best operating practices and procedures.
∎ Follow up the business unit capacity booking status and conducting the meeting with marketing team to fill up the gap as well as achieve the target value.
∎ Ensure Maximum production with optimum overhead.
∎ Ensure delivery of orders as per shipment schedule & quality.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara ,Gazipur.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
