Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Degree holder in Textile Technology/Processing From a Recognized University.
∎ Skills Required: Finishing Process, pretreatment
Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 22 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of continuous machineries such as Osthoff Singeing/Desizing machine, Benninger PTR, Benninger merceriser, Pad dry Thermosol, Pad steam , Kusters CPB, Benninger washer etc.
∎ Must be aware and experienced of dyeing process of Reactive, Sulphur and Vat dyeing and all quality parameters of Pretreatment and dyed materials.
∎ Should have good colour matching skills with the approach of Right first time production.
∎ Must Take program of pretreatment and dyeing from PPC and should be able to work in close association with pilot lab, finishing and printing department. to execute and complete the programs accordingly.
∎ Must be responsible for the quality and quantity of dyed fabrics, Also must know the dyeing of Cotton as well as it’s various blends with Viscose, Modal, Lycra, Linen, Polyester etc.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of all quality protocol of buyers and should be able to meet their protocol requirements.
∎ To work towards cost cutting and new product developments.
∎ Total man power management of staff and workers of his own department.
∎ Should be able to handle customer complains if any.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be having working experience in continuous bleaching, mercerizing and Dyeing in reputed Textile processing organizations.
