Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing business strategies and plan to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
∎ Providing necessary instructions to the team to increase production with the quality for each order.
∎ Analyzing problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth
∎ Leads and facilitates Lean & Process improvement training across the company to embed a Lean philosophy
∎ Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and making consistency with strategy and mission
∎ Following up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ Working on developing the LEAN culture within the organization
∎ Collaborating with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Having good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive and result oriented
