∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Candidates should have B Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering.
∎ Candidates should have minimum 8 yrs. experience in leading Industrial Engineering department of any reputed Knit Composite Garments factory out of which minimum 2 years in the asked position.
∎ Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take the challenge to transform the factory production efficiency level as that of world class standard should apply.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented

∎ S M Knitwears Ltd., a reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Deputy General Manager (Industrial Engineering).
∎ Both Foreign & Local candidates are eligible to apply.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ The selected candidate will Lead & Guide the Industrial Engineering team and responsible for managing the overall activities of Industrial Engineering department.
∎ He will ensure achieving optimum productivity through maintaining standard production efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate should have proven Technical & Leadership skills to maximize productivity through modern IE based production.
