Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate shall be responsible for reorganizing & leading our IE Department with highest level of efficiency and dedication.
∎ The candidate shall ensure that all the team members of the IE Department perform their duties and responsibilities spontaneously, as per their JD & management approved work plan.
∎ The candidate shall work on maintaining necessary coordination & cooperation with all stakeholders.
∎ The candidate has to collect and preserve required data/ info, do different kinds of analysis, and use the data/ info to perform departmental activities more efficiently.
∎ The candidate shall ensure proper execution of IE-related technical work as per Industry/ Business trends, Buyer's requirements & Management Guidelines.
∎ To introduce & implement IE-related new techniques/ plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas/ techniques do not work well.
∎ To meet the deadline (if any) set by Buyer/ Management.
∎ Ensure automation, transparency, accountability, and proper documentation in the IE Department.
∎ Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.
∎ The individual needs to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.
∎ To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
