∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Technology
∎ Candidate with MBA in Marketing. Preferred in Textile from Reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The DGM / GM Marketing will be responsible for the entire team to earn business and lead the company for a Global Identity.
∎ Communication skills must be at a level called outstanding.
∎ Will be responsible to explore the potential markets for new business opportunities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate present market trends and make a business plan.
∎ Cost calculation price negotiation with the buyer. Follow up with a buyer for the price, sample & capacity/space booking feedback.
∎ Keep close liaison with the buyer for merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand
∎ Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays.
∎ Should be capable to hold the responsibility for marketing of woven Textile in all formats.
∎ Ensure independently collection of order from buyers / buying houses directly
∎ Overseeing daily operations.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Improving revenue.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Skilled in costing, production planning.
∎ Capable of production, monitoring, quality control and ensure timely shipment.
∎ Finalize the costing with buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Proactive and hard working.
∎ Good Command in both English & Bangla
∎ Expert on MS Office
∎ Highly spirited, organized & proactive.
∎ Able to work under pressure & maintain good team environment.
