Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ MS in Animal Nutrition/ Poultry Science/ Animal Science from any reputed Agriculture University will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Nutrition, Production Process, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating of different types of quality feed products
∎ Find out scope and implement the development of Feed Products
∎ Ensure standard quality of existing Feed products
∎ Ensure necessary registration of all products
∎ Conduct Market Research before introducing any new Product
∎ Ensure quality control & Nutrition of Raw materials and Feed
∎ Maintain good relation with Agricultural regulatory authority
∎ Ensure the improvement of process control of Feed production system
∎ Take initiatives regarding training & development of Feed production and QC team
∎ Product analysis, evaluation and stock management related to quality
∎ Check standard of all incoming and outgoing products for betterment of the company
∎ Maintain records of Feed Raw materials test in laboratory
∎ Provide technical support and Co-operation to the Sales team and all other people working around
∎ Submit weekly/monthly production analysis report to the higher authority
∎ Any other relevant task assigns by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Feed mill operations process
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Proven track record on set-up quality control and assurance measures in feed plant
Salary: Negotiable
