∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by: Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ Collaborate with other department to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report
∎ Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability
∎ Follow up and review first output garment measurement report against the sample
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of experience out of which 2-3 years in similar role in any large RMG Industry
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness, leadership ability and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
