Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: KEPZ, Chattogram
The candidate should have complete RMG experience. BEPZA Based candidates will be given preferences
Job Responsibilities:
Effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
Have to ensure production and shipment as per factory plan
Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
Have to ensure timely selection & placement
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
