Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, any other design tools).

• Excellent design sense.

• Excellent sketching, illustration, and presentation skills.

• Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate trends into commercially successful designs.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (sourcing, merchandising, production).

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Research and analyze current fashion trends, competitor products, and market demands to create cutting-edge designs. 

• Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data for upcoming seasons.

• Prepare technical sketches, creating clothing pattern, creating tech packs with detailed specifications, and mood boards that align with seasonal themes. 

• Selecting fabrics and trims that aligned with design.

• Testing and deciding colors, patterns and textures on fabrics for each design.

• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and all cross functional teams.

• Working with the team to develop tech packs and mood boards.
