∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of Knitting department’s Technical Section, ensure proper preventive & schedule maintenance of the knitting Machines and make optimum production of all types of required knit fabrics by maintaining proper quality.
∎ Job for the position includes:
∎ Ensure optimum production of Knit fabrics through effective monitoring & coordinating of the work activities of knitting department’s Technical Section employees
∎ Ensure setting up of all types of knitting machines by maintaining proper procedure
∎ Ensure implementation of preventive and schedule maintenance work to keep all the Knitting machines properly functional at all times
∎ Changing machine design properly, for example: Changing from Rib to Interlock.
∎ Perform Swatch /decorative design fabrics analysis and make fabrics as per given design.
∎ Ensure optimum uses of all knitting machine parts, make proper inventory of all items, check purchase requisition thoroughly and follow up purchasing of all necessary parts/items on time.
∎ Ensure uses & storage of needles in an effective way.
∎ Find out root cause of any kinds of fabrics fault & solve the issues promptly.
∎ Take measures for process loss minimization
∎ Lead, train & motivate workforce to get optimum output.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in well known Knit Composite garments factory.
∎ Should have knowledge on production of different kind of Knitted Fabrics
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on Knitting machines and their repair & maintenance related works.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality
∎ The candidate should be sincere, hard working, result oriented and able to work in a team environment.
