∎ RFT Analysis & Find the Root Cause.
∎ Co-relation lab to floor.
∎ All kind of dyeing process.
∎ Spectrophotometer & X-Rite operation.
∎ All kind of laboratory instrument operating.
∎ Buyer handling.
∎ Organization & communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up physical & Chemicals both side laboratory operation.
∎ Proceed for lab dip conducting & ensure timely submission to buyer.
∎ Select suitable combination.
∎ Check daily dyes & chemicals stock.
∎ Ensure saving of cost in dyeing.
∎ Review the KPI on monthly basis.
∎ Ensure good manpower management.
∎ Find the basic chemicals test report.
∎ Arrange the weekly meeting with lab team for review the data.
∎ Ensure required color & quality features as buyer required
∎ Follow-up physical & Chemicals both side laboratory operation.
