Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and analyze floor-wise production performance to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
Monitor and manage SMV (Standard Minute Value) data across production floors, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Conduct regular time and motion studies to optimize workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
Lead line balancing efforts and ensure smooth transitions during style changes.
Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and IE officers to align process improvements with organizational goals.
Provide technical guidance and training to IE officers and production teams.
Prepare and present floor performance reports with actionable recommendations to senior management.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and lean manufacturing practices.
