Responsibilities & Context:
The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining the Quality Management System across factory operations.
Strengthening end-to-end operational KPI management related to quality performance
Ensuring effective implementation and compliance of QMS standards across departments
Monitoring and improving Time & Action (T&A) related to quality milestones
Leading cost-saving initiatives, particularly focusing on:
Rejection reduction
Rework minimization
Leftover and wastage control
Coordinating internal and external quality audits and ensuring timely CAPA closure
Enhancing process discipline and documentation under QMS guidelines
Ensuring clear accountability of mid-level management for quality performance
Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management
Driving continuous improvement and best practices in quality systems
