We are seeking a compatible Management Trainee (Planning) who will work for our Seamless Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Dashboards: Creating interactive reports using Slicers, Timelines, and Pivot Charts to filter data by customer, product category, or production line.
Conditional Formatting: Designing heat maps and alerts (e.g., highlighting lines operating below 85% efficiency or raw materials with less than three days of cover).
Sparklines: Displaying quick visual trends of hourly or daily production output directly within data tables.
VBA (Macros): Automating the generation and distribution of daily production reports (DPR).
User-Defined Functions (UDF): Developing custom formulas for garment-specific calculations, such as yarn consumption per garment based on stitch density.
Data Validation: Implementing advanced dropdowns and input constraints to ensure data integrity from floor supervisors.
Time & Action (T&A) Logic, Dynamic Lookups, Multi-Criteria Aggregation, Array Formulas.
PivotTables & Pivot Charts for comprehensive data analysis.
