Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain Management

Specialized training in Export-Import procedures will be considered a plus.

At least 2–3 years in a similar role is preferred.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:

Manage commercial operations related to export and import for knit and woven garments.

Coordinate with BGMEA, Customs, Bond Office, and Banks for all export-import documentation and formalities.

Handle back-to-back L/C, Master L/C, UD, and EXP issuance, shipment documentation, and banking negotiation.

Supervise all activities related to freight forwarding, C&F, and logistics.

Monitor shipping schedules, track delivery timelines, and ensure smooth export operations.

Liaise with production and merchandising teams to align shipment plans with order schedules.

Ensure proper bonded warehouse management, stock reconciliation, and customs audits.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance requirements.

Update management with regular reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and lead times.
