Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the product development team independently and effectively.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible to do pattern development & engineering by using ICAD/shoe master software and through manual way.
∎ To do customer communication & managing sample approval from customers.
∎ To support & assist the product creation process by being the technical bridge between 2D design & 3D prototype.
∎ To recommend & specify the material, component & construction options to meet key features & product performance goals.
∎ To approve article-wise patterns for making cutting dies & giving confirmation for many productions.
∎ To do root cause analysis and risk analysis during the sample stage.
∎ To prepare product costing, materials consumption, article wise materials budget by using software & manual.
∎ To do materials consumption without a paper pattern (picture /complete shoes).
∎ To provide a complete guideline to the QA team before bulk production.
∎ To ensure SOP, BOL, and product diagram from bulk production.
