∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Knowledge of handling compliance for Better Work, KIABI, Bestseller, Ralph Lauren, etc.
∎ Preference will be given if completed Lead Auditor course on SA800 & ISO 14001.
∎ Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the garments or manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social compliance standards, and international certification requirements (SLCP, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, Higg FEM, etc.
∎ Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Proven track record of managing compliance audits and implementing corrective action plans.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and international standards, including SLCP, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, Higg FEM and others.
∎ Regularly audit factory operations, health, and safety standards to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
∎ Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
∎ Ensure the factory’s compliance with labor laws, including working hours, wage regulations, and worker rights.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate buyer compliance audits and maintain updated records of compliance certifications.
∎ Train and educate staff on compliance regulations and ensure company-wide understanding of regulatory requirements.
∎ Implement and maintain corrective action plans to address any compliance deficiencies.
∎ Liaise with local government officials, third-party auditors, and buyers to manage compliance issues.
∎ Keep up-to-date with changes in compliance regulations and ensure that the factory is prepared to meet all evolving standards.
∎ Investigate and resolve any compliance-related grievances or disputes raised by workers or external parties.
∎ Promote sustainability and ethical sourcing within factory operations.
