Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, develop, and maintain the recruitment and in time deployment process for HCMP
∎ Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
∎ Ensure end to end strategy formulation, execution, and management of overall recruitment policy for emergency response context
∎ Ensure fair recruitment by following the Diversity Inclusion and Equity model
∎ Ensure coordination with the hiring manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
∎ Develop and maintain selection tools e.g. including aptitude test to filter out the best talents
∎ Supervise and guide the recruitment team and ensure proper reporting mechanism to ensure accountability
∎ Analyze CTC with personnel budget and ensure reference/background check of selected candidates
∎ Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
∎ Work closely with concern persons to prepare and update job description and finalize staffing plan of all Sectors and Units
∎ Ensure closing the recruitment file and staff personal file with proper documentation
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management on staff recruitment & selection
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Have sound knowledge on Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management in emergency response, contemporary HR issues, Bangladesh labor law etc.
∎ Excellent skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management and negotiation
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management
∎ Ability to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft programs i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
∎ Candidates having experience in the field of emergency response programme in similar role will be preferred.
