Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering/
∎ Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
knit garment sewing machine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics to in special sewing machine.
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines.
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machineries.
∎ Have to setup the line layout like Machine arranges, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
∎ Mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent to mostly sewing machine.
∎ Follow-up for all out of order machine functional.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Factory (knit & Lingerie product).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Have best knowledge about all types of trouble shooting process of sewing machine.
∎ Team building capacity and sound leadership.
∎ Candidates must have experience in knit factory.
∎ Have to depth knowledge for utility.
