∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, ME, ChemE and Master of Science (Chemistry / physics).

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have 6-12 years’ experience in any lead acid battery manufacturing company.
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Skill in AutoCAD /Solid works will be added advantage.
∎ Must have 6-12 years’ experience in any lead acid battery manufacturing company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring compliance of QMS, EMS, OHSAS and Testing Laboratories (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO17025).
∎ Assuring Quality of Incoming raw materials, In-process materials & final products.
∎ Researching and developing the existing products and new products.
∎ Drawing and designing battery products and parts for manufacturing.
∎ Developing technical specifications and preparing related documents for local and international customers.
∎ Preparing BOM of batteries and related items.
∎ Ensuring testing of batteries as per international and local standards.
∎ Providing technical assistance to marketing team and corporate sales.
∎ Coordinating activities with Production, QA and marketing team.
∎ Launching new products and supporting production start-up.
∎ Analyzing the root causes of the failure of the batteries.
∎ Controlling of non-conforming materials, equipment and services.
∎ Doing additional activities or assignments as per the requirement of management.
