Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial, Production Engineer, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred candidate should have B.Sc/ M.Com/ MBA / M.Sc in Industrial, Production Engineer (IPE) from any reputed university,
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production plan/ Advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Production head, & Management team.
∎ Reviewing Production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Production department for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the Production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, cutting, Rolling, Heating, Sanding & finishing) for smooth operation.
∎ Manage Production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Must be fluent in making of daily and monthly production planning spreadsheet.
∎ Coordinate different departments for working along with each other to ensure proper work according to proper planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have 3-5 (Three -Five) years working experience in the Manufacturing industry.
∎ Vast knowledge on manufacturing Process.
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed5.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ Strong customer service skills required.
∎ Should be a good team player.
