Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies is looking for potential candidates as Deputy Manager/ Manager (Payroll Management) for its 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located at Gazipur.
∎ Job Location for the positions is at Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for performing ERP based Payroll related all activities of the factory independently.
∎ The candidates have to ensure payroll related all data entries with authentication and timely data processing for preparing on time salary documentations.
∎ The candidates are required to generate various reports as per requirement of the company & buyers.
∎ The ideal candidates should have sound HR knowledge on payroll, attendance & leave management, performance management, final settlement, recruitment etc.
∎ Candidates having minimum 5 years related experience in reputed large Knit composite garments factories out of which 2 years in similar position are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum 05 years related experience in payroll management.
∎ Candidates having hands on experience in managing the HR Payroll issues of Knit Garments Factory are encouraged to apply..
∎ Should have the capacity to face Buyers compliance team, answer their queries & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in Bangla & English correspondences both in written & oral forms
∎ Should have very good knowledge on computer applications specially in ERP software & MS Office
