∎ Annual HR Budget preparation
∎ Manpower planning as per organization's annual target
∎ Policy making & Amendment
∎ Monitoring and Implementing of HR policy within the organization
∎ Domestic Enquiry and procedure management
∎ Review and Amendment of SOP
∎ Review and amendment of JD & Specification
∎ Annual TNA and preparation of Training Calendar
∎ Review monthly performance of Sales Team
∎ Conducting Annual Performance Management
∎ Succession Planning
∎ Consulting management if any employee related complex situation arise
∎ Employee's Tax Calculation and Maintaining regulation regarding this
∎ Preparation of organizations Chart.
∎ Addressing employment related issues
∎ Preparation of Monthly payroll and Allowances and forward it to Accounts department for disbursement

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
∎ Strong communication Skills
∎ Positive customer service-driven approach
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Sound knowledge on relevant rules & regulations
